Damn them all! This happened on my RL birthday, too. Do events ever have positive endings?

Most are positive.  I have a +$5.00 income and a +3 happiness events right now.

i got one that was +10% citizens and -5 dollars a day, or +5 dollars a day -10% citizens....

IMO +10 citizens is amazing, 101 citizens per 10 infra=faster growth, and 28% of 5 dollars is about 2.3 dollars a day in tax, but at 10% citizens i'll make more money anyways
