I have a harbor now, so I have an extra slot. I am giving you all first rights to try and trade something good.

Try to get Sugar and Iron.

Iron will be almost necessary to grow decent after you get stronger because of the infra reduction and Sugar will give you extra citizens and Fast Food (+2 happiness).

Yeah, but trying to find a nation with both is going to be hard. I am only finding nations with sugar and wine or sugar and pigs.
