So I look at my inbox and find the following message.

i am ging and i am in desperate need of aid. I have a low infastucture and NO money. If you help me i will rember this and help u if u ever need it. Any donation is very much appreachiated.

At first I think, "maybe he's a member of RIA", so I go and look at his profile. He is not in fact a member of RIA. So then I think maybe he's one of my trade partners, and is trying to get help for that reason. Nope, not a trade partner. In fact he's not even part of an alliance. So as far as I can tell he's just randomly sending PM's begging for money. I'm not even sure why he's "in desperate need of aid" he's not even currently in any wars. Anyway just thought this was funny, it's the first time a random nation I've never heard from has come begging for aid for no reason that I can figure out. I especially like the fact that he says that he'll remember any aid given. That's nice and all, but unless my nation gets bombed back to the stone age I somehow doubt his strength of 588 is going to help me out much.
