Title: tech 50 for 1.5 or 100 for 3 mil

i'm happy to deal with a middleman if you have one but why waste the slots and cash.  give me the 1.5 mil moneys 10 days later gets your 50 techs.  10 more days gets the rest 50 more techs if you pay 3 mil.  repeat as many times as you want, I can provide references.

sounds good I have a slot opening on 28 dec...

and if anybody can fill my other slot today I'll make it 2 mil for 100 tech... I need cash quick on day 1, you get 50 techs on day 11 and day 21, dont bother with the board just send the offer.
