Title: I just caught a damn spy running amok in my nation.

I think he was trying to steal something important, but when I logged on, he fled. I got a single picture before he seemingly vanished.

Does anyone recognize him? I found a note on the ground that said "TF Reds MDP". Could that be his alliance? I've never heard of it...
