It didn't have those white edges, but apparently the site puts them on for some reason.

The little ragged white edges on the image. You can't see 'em?

The white edges appear because the soft-edged drawing tool in GIMP and Photoshop (I've never used Photoshop, but I'm assuming it has one) blends the color you're drawing with the background at the edges to give it that "soft-edged" look. As the default background tends to be white, the edges of the image tend to be just off-white, and are not counted as part of the transparent background.

Thus, viewing the image with any non-white background (such as the Jet board skin) will cause most emotes to have white edges.

tl;dr version: Blendy paintbrush makes white edges on Jet skin.

As it is not actually an emote of the site yet, it would not be available for use on here unless an admin wants to put it in the list.

The first emote, the one in the first post, was made entirely with the tools of photoshop, no outside images and such.

For the Vegeta one, I got his hair from another image, a scouter which I recolored, the "background face" (The yellow part) off an existing emote, and then I made the eyes and mouth.

I now realized that there are white edges when the laser comes out of the eyes. Didn't realize that before.
