Hey, by the way, you can just go to a certain folder that holds a copy of all your bookmarks. I think you have to turn something off to see it, though. Google that.

C:\Documents and Settings\(Your Windows Username Here)\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
For Vista
C:\Users\(Your Windows Username Here)\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
Go inside the first folder you see. You should see a folder in that one called "bookmarkbackups". Copy one of those bookmark backups to your profile folder and rename it to bookmarks.html.

I don't use Firefox. I once did, but no one else except for me could get in the internet then.... I had no problem with that, but my parents for some reason....

I still say try Foxmarks. I use it to keep my bookmarks sync'd on 3 different computers, and also as a backup. I add a bookmark on one computer, it shows up on all 3. I have the same bookmarks anywhere I go. I even added it to the portable Firefox on my flash drive so I have them no matter what machine I'm on.
And Firefox shouldn't prevent anyone else from using the internet. It's just another browser like IE or Opera.

It's a good thing I don't use bookmarks and just have a shitload of tabs open at all times.
I also force quit Firefox every time I quit, so I don't have to go to them all again.

Tools->Options
Main Tab
Startup Box
Select "Show my windows and tabs from last time"
Much easier than Force quitting every time.
