It's quite possible that while Loren was bashing her face on the keyboard, she rolled her nose/eyeball/cheek/chin/forehead along the keys 'p', 'o', and 'p' again, spelling a word very similar to hop, which in turn was filtered through the pipes of insanity and came out as tonic.
