Title: Forming five long-term tech trade relationships here.

I am interested in forming five long-term trading relationships.  The arrangement is to be as follows:

1) I send you $3m.
2) Ten days later you send me 50 tech.
3) Ten days later you send me 50 tech.
4) Ten days later you send me 50 tech.
5) Repeat 1-4.

I am punctual with payments and expect the same.  I have five aid slots for partners at this moment.  Should war come, I may terminate one or more  of these arrangements, and any extra money left over is yours to keep.  I retain the right to end any trade at any time.  

You can expect this arrangement to last several months at least, until I am in a NS  range in which I can both purchase nuclear weapons and also have acquired all but the most expensive wonders.
