IGNORE THE TOPIC TITLE! Actually looking for 100 tech

I'll pay 3 million for 100 tech, you don't need to provide any middlemen. Here's how it goes:
- I send you 3 million
-10 days later you send me 50 tech
-10 days later you send me 50 tech
-Then if you like we can start over again, but there's no pressure.
