& one other person who deleted the expired aid... I use that to know who to send tech to. I will NEVER understand why the person receiving the tech deletes the expired aid, there is absolutely no reason to do that. Let the tech sender do that.

So at this point I need to figure out who the 5th person is, if you are the 5th person please send a message to me in-game and stop deleting the expired aid.

ps. don't tell me i should be saving the nations or writing them down or something... i realize that would be easy to do as well but i like doing it this way, it's easier.

ps. I already tried to tell him that and it's true. He does like to do it that way because it is easier.

But I am posting for a reason. Once our tech deal is finished, you wana go for another round again?

also, i dont know why i wasn't do this before but i can submit tech aid to multiple people for 50 tech even if i only have 50 tech and see who is the first to accept it and then just buy 50 more tech so the next person can do it. i used to submit the aid to one person, wait for them to accept and then rebuy and send aid to the next person. the first way makes things easier and should cut down on the # of people that delete the aid slot before i can send the tech.
