If you're ever after an upper body workout then try rock climbing. Seriously, I started on some of the harder courses and by the end I literally could not lift myself off the ground on the easy ones. It's seriously hard work but it's a lot more fun than tedious gym workouts, I might start doing this weekly.

you're supposed to put your weight on your legs a lot

yeah, newbies use their upper body to climb. legs are for maximum support!

Yeah, legs support you but there were some walls where the incline forced you to do without legs for a while

Are you doing rock climbing walls or actual rock climbing?
