I belive i am now the weakest nation in all of CN with 8 bonus resorces

and one of few in the RIA that has it

it took 4 mill and 2 months to find sellers  but it was worth it

well i kinda did it from the start

my 2nd 3rd 4th improvements were schools and than my 5th was a university
so i got a huge lit bonus


then i just bought huge amounts of tech
