Title: I hav a 4-5 minute speech about bagpipes to write.

It  needs to be done by Tuesday, but I'll need to practice it.  The good news is, only the history of the pipes needs research; I can wing the rest.

I once wrote a 10 minute speech about Grand Theft Auto for class speeches. I got like 60%, because you were docked a mark for every 15 seconds you were over 5 minutes. It was quite gay.
