Is there a whitelist or blacklist out there somewhere? I'm looking to buy 1 but I don't want to lose 5 days worth of income to a scammer

I've done 6 donations with others, I've never been scammed
Usually if they are willing to donate they have people theve donated for before, so ask for a recomendation fro a ex-donator or something if they arent in RIA
