There's no "law" against letting minors watch R-rated movies and play M-rated games, I think it's up to the stores and theaters.

Now Porn, on the other hand...

there's a law against buying them without an adult such as a parent or guardian to be there and confirm your allowedness of buying them


but you're allowed to play/watch them regardless
