Hello Random Insanity Alliance

TOOL is going through a Foreign Affairs switch up, which means that all of my diplomatic assignments got changed. They good news is that i'm the new official diplomat from TOOL!

So i would like to setup an embassy for communication purposes and please vist our IRC at #TOOL on coldfront.

but why would we want an embassy with a TOOL
