I will pay 2.75 million per 50 tech each to everyone willing to sell, and 250K to every middleman who helps out. Goes down ASAP.

Middle men right now seem to react more to tech insentive... e.g. 20 tech with the 3 million. 200K & 20 tech to the MM. 1.4 to each seller.

I think we need to start setting up some tech deal rules or protical... Of course you can choose not to follow it but at the moment the tech market has hit an all time low... it takes a long time to sort out these deals.

Why do you say that? Still leaves 80 tech for the buyer. 10 tech per seller. If that is too much even 10 tech given would be worth the 3 slots along with 200K. Plus makes the MM position worth doing!!! Other wise you may aswell just sell unless you are doing someone a favour! I will stick to making a MM position worth while! Or taking it out compleatly!
