Title: Which of these should I pick for an event?

Option 1: Build infrastructure within your nation to store the oil while it is cheap to buy. Citizen income -$2.00, toniculation happiness -2
Option 2: Buy surplus oil and release it directly to the public. toniculation happiness +3    

No Response. toniculation happiness +1


It says it lasts for a month. I'm leaning towards 1, because cheap infra=good.

toniculation happiness = 2.00. Therefore you are - 4.00 + 2.00 or -2.00 you're losing money

If tonic = 2.00 income, than +3 tonic = 6.00 income.


+6.00 income > -2.00.

Happiness is roughly equal to 2.00$ income

I just realized why you thought number one might be a better choice...

The sentence or three that it shows has nothing to do with the effects of the event. The only thing you should pay attention to are the + and - things.
