Title: Should I be buying or selling Tech to you guys?

I don't know a lot of people here and this will be my first hand at tech trading. All I know, is that I need some cash to rebuild and stuff. I'm already behind 3 improvement slots and I need my banks back up.

If I were you I'd sell tech until I got to at least 3k infra.
