Title: Whats going on with the game?

I signed on earlier and collected my taxes and paid my bills and noticed I was making about $3 less per person than usual and my bills were about $500,000 more than normal. Then I sign back on just now to see that my money has returned to normal. Any idea what was changed and I'm assuming was changed back? It sucks because I lost a good chucnk of money by paying my bills and collecting when I did.

The cost of nukes and some improvments went up and then back down.
