Title: Need a quick tech deal

I am planning on buying a Great University on the 7th, and I want to be as close as possible to 3000 tech before I do.  So, I need a quick tech deal.  But, I need all the tech before the 7th, so I need someone who will be on top of this and not be late on the deals.  So, I'll send you the first $3M asap, then you send me the 100 tech over the next 20 days.  Then I send the final $3m after that.  This needs to happen in the next two days so I can get the tech before the 7th.

I have 2 slots opening on the 19th. I could just send you the two shipments of Tech and then after that you pay. You would have all the tech before November ends.

Which is about $4M free money.  Even the lottery makes you buy a ticket.

I need to keep my other slots open for the farm.  Don't need to give cct another reason to delay me.  My slots sit open long enough as it is.

Yes, but you didn't offer to share the Tech until the 18th, the first day of campaigns. Anyway, tomorrow I'll nominate you unless someone else has by then, in which I will second you. However my vote is still undecided...
