My Warchest: $938,705,596.89
My Tech: 804.90
My Nation strength: 33,993.533
My Infra: 7,562.89
I'm not sure how much tech I'm supposed to be at, I believe it's 5k though. Clarification please?
And I will buy tech
(preferably $3 mil for 50/100. Don't rip people off!)
Can someone walk me through the tech trades deal? Kinda new to it.

You send someone 3mil and they send you 50/100 tech in 10 days.
Or they send you 50/100 tech and you send them 3mill in ten days.
You can sign up to be a tech buyer at the tech farm. They will have you send money to someone and have someone else send you 50/100 tech.
If you are looking for a deck deal. You can give me 3mil and I will send you 50 in 10 days of you sending me the money. I think tech farm might be better if you don't want to wait ten days and the fact that your new to tech deals you say.
As far as what your tech level should be at, someone else as to answer that.
