They're supposed to be 52.5 pounds each. One was 47. One was 48. I feel ripped off.

Their supposed to make people feel good about themselves.

I broke mine. I fell getting onto the bench and broke the tabs off of 5 or 6 of the rings which pick the weights up. I spent a ton of money to buy a replacement handle and parts for the other. Only to find out that the tab of one of the large weights is broken off. I cannot find a replacement weight.
Pissed me off when I bought them though. About a month after I bought the 552's, the 1090's came out. The 552's are good for shoulder stuff, but all buy useless for me for any presses. But, I bought them thinking it was my best option to get the low end set of weights anyway. I would sell them and get the 1090's, but I need to find the part before I can.
What did you weigh them on? Personally I would blame the scale rather than the weights, assuming you used just a bathroom scale. They are rarely calibrated correctly. You need a true weight scale.

In Soviet Russia, weights lift YOU!

Spring-loaded bathroom scale, but they didn't FEEL like they were 52.5 anyway. They felt lighter than the 50 pounders I used at the gym the other day.
