And also, I have a quick question because I'm a bit confused. I keep seeing "3mil for 50" and "3mil for 100" and I know you said 3 mil for 50, but just reading around has confused the balls offa me. So you're only asking for 50 tech, yes? just making absolutely sure.

Yep, thats how it works.  He sends you $3M, then you send him 50 tech.  Going rate at the tech farm is $6M for 150 tech, so you get a little less for it.  But the benefit is, cct sets up all the trades, so all you have to do it sit back and send tech where he tells you to and collect the profits.
