NP: Black Sabbath-Die Young

I started highly enjoying his music six months ago. His BS albums, solo career, and heaven & hell. He died today of cancer.

You do realize that some forms of cancer are worse than others, right? It's never a good thing to get cancer, but I would definitely prefer having skin cancer over any internal organ type cancer.

What he meant was it's a cancer that is hard or impossible to beat in comparison to others (breast, skin etc)
