You get it because you got to 100 posts. Get to 200 and you get a kirby. 400 and you get a cactus. 800 and you get a dancing Banana. 1200 you get a Cat thats on crack. 1600 you get a gunner. 2200 you get a picachu. 3000 you get a GI joe I think he is. 4000 you get a little floating guy. 5000 you get a jet pack I think. 7000 you get a buttsecks. 100k you get a Azural.
