ok someone who has a psp,

I have wireless internet, and my psp is getting a signal but, i cant connect to the intrawebz
my firewall is blocking it, anyone smarter than the tech support at att and can help me?

i tried at an airport. it was excruciatingly slow and i stopped because my flight started boarding.
