well this was good to let me know to demask you. sadly the Nuclear Proliferation League does not meet the minimum requirements for an embassy (20 members or more NS then the #1 nation)

and as this is my last day on the job i dont feel like making a new embassy and mask so im not going to grant a special exemption. you are however entitled to a embassy thread in this forum http://rialliance.net/index.php?board=509.0 (http://rialliance.net/index.php?board=509.0)

check back tomorrow and see if the new HoFA will grant a exemption

Anyway, since I'm going to be busy for the next couple days and then completely gone for a month, I'll just give you my decision right now. Seeing that you are currently at 8 members at the time of this post and appear to be only 4 days old, I will agree with im's decision but invite you to reapply for an embassy at a later date when your membership is closer to 20.

Thank you in your interest in opening diplomatic ties with the RIA, however, and we would still like to see you around and keep the lines of communication open. May I suggest visiting our 'Random Insanity' board? It can be an interesting experience for those who know only a little bit about the RIA.

That's the RIA way!... fight both sides of any global war.... create OWF pips that distract the entire viewing audience from any actual post content... and give embassys to people like me that obviously dont deserve one.
