Title: Babysitting: I earn my $9 an hour.

Ok, I babysit three kids every once in a while.

Kid #1: She's going into 5th grade.  She's a huge help, and very mature for her age, so that I can easily have a conversation with her.

Kid #2: She's going into 1st grade.  She's the funniest little thing.  She thinks I'm the greatest thing since toasted bread, and can also be really helpful.

Kid #3: 7 y/o.  Here's where I earn it.  He has a mild form of autism.  He listens to nothing, hates getting dressed, eats constantly (he's a little fatass) so I have to lock the pantry and hide the key, he can be violent, screams at random things, wants every single thing his way, and, worst of all, the past two times he's crapped his pants and refused to admit it.  I then have to give him a bath, where he just sits and gets water everywhere that I need to clean up.

GAH!  Good thing they pay really well.

for the kid who lives across the street (i babysit for him every so often) all i have to do is go over there for about 2 hours and play video games with him (and let him win so he does not get angry)

LOL You got to scrub his butt hole, and ass. Well man I don't know. You're a bitch for letting that kid act like that. Maybe now  you'll get a little mad from this, and next time give that kid a reason to chill, because that's how it is in the ghetto: chill out or get shot. Pisses me off when people wine over split milk.

for that kind of crap (literally), you should demand more than $9 an hour. i got $30 an hour tutoring until i came to college where anybody can tutor kids and it's usually free

Nah, he washes himself.  And it's easy to make him do anything with the babysitter's old standby: "If you don't to "X" by the count of 5, I'm calling your parents!"

Believe it or not, despite what I'm like on this board, I'm great with little kids.
