Tip #1 Point your camera in the direction of hot women, snap picture, repeat as necessary.  Send said pictures to Mango so that I may add them to my collection.

Also, is there anywhere nearby that you could go that would give you a majestic background like a state park, cliffs, titty bars, etc?

My instructors favorite was the last one (with the yellow on the B&W).  Worked out pretty will, since roughly half the time I spent on the project in photoshop was spent creating the colormasks and adjusting the saturation for that one.
