After a bunch of short movies, I'm now on IMDB for my work on "You Don't Say".

The Key grip is the Grip in charge of all the other grips.  They make sure everything is safe, and make decisions on what can/can't have the camera placed onto it, as well as a bunch of other stuff.

The key grip is just tight enough to apply maximum pressure while still allowing for slip and rotate.
