Sadly they actually have the money, AND can agree on how to spend it, but refuse to unless a bunch of other shit happens (delay obamacare, mountaintop open pit mining, removal of contraceptive coverage, oil pipelines, etc)

Please, Snowbound.  Canada's debt situation is better than most of the planet.  I am in Belgium right now, paying 53.5% tax, and they are raising it, and adding taxes on cars... because they can't even service the debt.

3) If you hire people to do a job, pay them their salaries.
