I'm going to try to read this in chunks, because I'm really busy right now, but I recommend everyone to try to read it the whole way through.  It's not an easy read, because there's a lot of painful statistics and stories, but I think it's an important one.  Speaking as someone who's stood at the edge of the bridge and looked down, sadly not in a metaphorical sense.
