Probably, I mostly just install a bunch of nude mods and walk around as a giant breasted naked lady.

idk, I had a lot of compatibility issues before I even got a decent start in the game.

I do remember there were some fantastic mods though. maybe by now they've made them easier to use. I only had to download 5 different programs to get them working
