Title: So why does my nation suck so much?

And if it's just because of the trades...I must say that I've tried everything to get a better set.

You did your improvements in the wrong order, you should have 5 factories by now. Main reason is probably your trades, not a huge demand for fur unfortunately. You could get rid of your tanks as they're not necessary outside of war but that doesn't help all that much

Wow... you should have had 5 factories AGES ago... I'm not sure I know how you even got that much infra in 450 days without them
