Since i'm new here, i've never had so much money on my count, so please help me. Should i boost infrastructure ONLY, or ...

All Infrastructure, but negative for land compensation if needed to avoid negative toniculation happiness. Once you get somewhere with infrastructure you can then easily work on everything else: technology.
*Make sure you always purchase the maximum amount of whatever that you can at once to keep the prices the cheapest they can be.

If you're just starting out, infrastructure. Only buy anything else if your toniculation density is above 60 people/sq mile (then you buy land).

Remember this though...

Price to buy infra goes up every 10 infra... so you want to buy enough to have 9.99 at the end of your infra count so say...

109.99 infra

then you buy 10 infra and you get all that 10 infra at the 109 price.

then for the next time you buy 10 you have 119.99 infra

and will get the next 10 infra at the 119 price.
