couldn't some of these be combined/renamed?

 RIA Head Quarters
 Random Insanity -----this isn't very descriptive for what is in it, rename?
 Application Desk ------ but only joining applications?
 RIA Cabinet
 Bulletin Board ------- not very specific, rename/break apart?
 General Discussion
 Graphix Team ------move to creative endevors?
 Official News Room of the RIA
 Creative Endeavors ------ rename?

also, all the descriptions need to be written

It's my opinion that you don't need so many sub-forums. Take the The Jedi Academy for instance, that really only needs to be one forum.

I agree. Too many different forums. It's a bit unclear what goes where. I always find myself unsure where to go to find what I want to read.

For instance what is the Random Instanity really about? Seems like General Discussion too.

Also, lots of people pose their questions etc. in General Discussion even if there is a special Questions place. Maybe direct new members there when you accept their application. And to the guides too.
