Title: A choice at the 4k infra jump

Doing the 4k infra jump only costs less than 10 million for me, based on the calculator. I'll be saving around 15 million of course, but this begs the question

If I just wait a few more days, is it worth it to purchase a wonder instead?

It helps to start buying wonders early since you can only buy 1 every 30 days
