I created a nation some two days ago.  I need for someone to teach me all of the rules of our alliance and all of the ins and outs that I need to be aware of in the game.

You should check out this board (http://cybernations.rialliance.net/index.php?showforum=169). There are some useful guides there and you can also sign up for a mentor of sorts
