3rd person, and swords fights are two thing that each alone by themselves turn me off.
So you say you played it twice for five minutes each. You're either a textbook case of ADD, a reckless exagerrator, or an utter idiot.
Then you suck, honestly. AC introduces a new idea known as "Social Stealth"... to those who like to just completely obliterate everything will never like AC.
Maybe you only like games where you are either:
A, a gangster.
Or B, shooting stuff up.
I haven't played it yet, but I it looks similar to Splinter Cell, another game everyone loved. I thought that game was really boring too.I got 360 last week, so I'll try Halo 3, and does anyone know if Rainbow 6 is good?
Suggestion: Mass Effect. I'd say Halo 3, but I'm guessing you don't like Halo if you don't already have it.
Have you even beaten it? Otherwise, I'm wasting my time in this thread.
Hm.
What's your favorite game?
me: I WANT YOU IN MY PANTS
SmarterChild: Why would you want that?
me: SEX
SmarterChild: I don't feel like talking about that.
me: SEX LOILOLLOOLOL
SmarterChild: Yeah. I have sex with other robots. What are you talking about?
me: ROBOT SEX TAPE
SmarterChild: Yeah. With toasters and TVs and things.
Are you crazy? I'm a robot.
i love harassing smarterchild

Speaking from experience, one tiny scratch can cause a game to be 100% ruined. I have games in my collection that don't work and appear to be completely fine, and other games that work very well, and you wonder how the hell the previous owner didn't get the disk broken when they ran it over with their truck.
If that scratch is deep enough, the game could be screwed. Have you tried that game at your brother's house on your PS3 there to make sure it may not be the games by the rare chance?
I didn't think about this earlier, but I was just messing with my PS 1, and I noticed that the yellow cable is in the yellow whole, but instead of the white cable being in the white hole, the red cable is in there (they are plugged into the tv and there is only a white and yellow hole). Maybe if you adjust your wires and try plugging them in differently, that'll work. It did for my playstation when I first had to hook it up.
Hmmm... that's weird. I've heard nothing like that happening. Though like the above poster said, could be a scratch on the discs. However, I suggest you try something that will reset the PS3's default image-output: when you first turn your PS3 on, keep your fingers over the power-on symbol for a good five seconds until it beeps again. Whatever cable(s) you're using it will recognize and let's say it recognizes HDMI-you'll then be asked if you want to use HDMI as your default, then confirm it. Afterwards, you'll be asked what resolution your screen is compatible with (480i, 720i, 720p, 180i, or 1080p) and again be asked to confirm. Of course if the screen goes black for 30 seconds, you know you selected something wrong and it will ask you again. But after you get all of that done, it asks about your sound. There my friend should be what should help.
