In honor of our government returning to operational status, I present the greatest thing ever conceived by man:

Maybe, but the GOP might end up FUCKED by this, and then WHO WILL PROTECT MY RIGHTS TO CARRY WHATEVER GUN I WANT?

Because, that's basically all GOP is good for now...  I miss Reagan...

Congress is constitutionally assigned the right to decide on funding.  The government is shut down because the two houses of Congress are in disagreement and deadlock.  This is not the fault of any one party, though you can be damn sure that each party is going to demonize the other over it.

The ridiculous shutdowns of public parks and the like is a separate matter of concern, and is about the Obama administration betting on the GOP being blamed more than the Dems, and so he is just trying literally to hurt the American people and transfer blame to the GOP.

It's all just politics as usual, not one of these bloody creepers in the federal government, on either side, gives a flying fuck about you or me, and they'll all step on us to maintain their power and keep their pockets lined.

You can't take a walk in the woods without government holding your hand, they want you to believe.  Yet the NSA is still fully operational.  Imagine that, only things that benefit people are getting shut down, while billions are continuing to be spent on programs that spy on Americans.

Actually there is agreement.  The problem, is that Boehner won't bring it to a vote, because it will pass.

I NEVER watch fox news, but I've been catching up on Daily show lately.  And can someone please confirm, is Fox ACTUALLY trying to blame the GOP caused shutdown on OBAMA?

So previously, I had landed on the Mun, without sufficient return fuel.  However, after about 2 weeks of calculations, attempts (didn't land because of fuel) and construction.  I have finally retrieved Bob Kerbal from being stranded on the mun.

Your welcome.

Actually, that's Schrodinger's box, and it's never been proven if the cat is actually still alive or not...

Occasionally I fly the RIA flag in games, but hell if I'd ever tell anyone what it means.

I remember back when I first came here.  Tase sent me a personal invite promising the RIAs assistance against other Gou'ld and against the Tauri.

She also hates:

Bruce Campbell
Bruce Willis
Nicholas Cage
Steven Carrell

Also, she LOVED twilight, but I was luckily able to dodge 2/5 bullets with that.

So, what happened was I went to DePaul to get my Bachelors degree.  And she is afraid of big cities/crowds, so she never came to visit.  We sort of grew apart, and I got a bit fed up of making *all* the effort to see her.  Then, I moved back out to the suburbs and it's almost the same thing.  A phone call every other day, but she doesn't have a car anymore, so I again had to make all the effort again, and she lived 40 minutes away (much less than 2 hours, but still a fair length) so I was driving out to see her, since she wouldn't take the train.

A slightly less contributing factor, was that she HATES Sci-Fi and Comic movies, which is pretty much my lifeblood (though I was willing to overlook this)...

I don't "regret" breaking up, but I wish it had turned out differently.

Oh, I was the one that instigated the break-up, and she was mostly caught by surprise.  Her friend told me last night over facebook that she was very surprised and thought I would be proposing soon, to the point where she picked out the ring she wanted and showed her friend (I'm friends with her friend) so that she would direct me too it.

Anyway, it could have gone worse, and thanks for letting me post it out here.  Like I said, it wasn't mess, but it helps to be able to "vent" out the reasoning to people who didn't know her and won't be taking "sides".

Pretty much DePaul university is what killed it :V

Nice.  An update, I recently placed a probe in orbit around Minmus.  So far, I've got a probe orbiting Mun, on Mun, and a Probe orbiting Minmus.  All the crafts were designed by using math.

Next step, I'm going to land a probe on Minmus.  After that, I prepare for my Mun Landing.  I'm not sure if I'm going to go with an overly-large lander so that I can have single-stage return, and negate the necessity to dock, or if I'm going to throw a few ships in orbit that can dock and then practice a few times before I try it with Kerbals (since death is now permanent).  Also, not sure if I'll try an unmanned launch+return first or not...

116
That's ok.  As a result, I hear that other than some sort of "diplomatic incident" with Leo and Mia (I can only assume some sort of HORRIBLE sex scandal), we have stellar relations with most other alliances that I care about.

Seriously, this game has the "humor" that seems a little childish, but it's WAY above a kids game if you want to do anything useful.  I mean, I have a small background in astronomy and physics, and I have some trouble.

Recently though, I decided to get more accurate with that I've been doing so, I came up with a plan. I built a "test platform" which is the same platform I send to planets/moons before I attempt a landing.  Basically, it tells me the atmosphere and gravity of the planet.  This way, I can determine what I would need for a return vehicle.  Also, looking into a mod which lets me "map" the planets by putting a satellite into a polar orbit.

BY THE WAY.  Despite ALL of the awesomeness this game has, IT'S IN FUCKING BETA STILL.  I can't even imagine the ORGASMIC final product.

118
FUN IS A GOD DAMN UNDERSTATEMENT.

THIS GAME IS THE LITERAL "TITS".

I FUCKING HATE THAT SAYING, BUT IT'S THE ONLY DEFINITION THAT WORKS.

IN FACT, MY CAPS AREN'T EXPRESSING MY APPRECIATION OF THIS GAME ENOUGH... STANDBY...

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST FUCKING GAMES I HAVE EVER LAID EYES UPON

Sidenote:  Just FINALLY landed my first Munar probe constructed using Math.  Barely made it too, had to land with RCS rockets.

119
Seriously, been playing this a couple weeks, and possibly one of the best fucking simulators I've EVER LAID EYES UPON.

https://kerbalspaceprogram.com/

Basically, it's fucking rocket science but in a game.

So far, I was just fecking around, in orbit, but I'm slowly learning what I need in order to land on the surface of the Mun by using FUCKING SCIENCE AND MATH.

Sadly, my last attempt to land on the Mun resulted in some deaths... So, I've modified my system and I'm going to be ATTEMPTING THAT SHIT AGAIN.

Seriously, anyone else play this bitch?
