In the past two days I have learned that I stop breathing @ 20 times/hour when sleeping.  Statistics say that this condition combined with blood sugar irregularities make me 3x more likely to have a heart attack!  ?

This is so wrong, pulling this up from 3 years ago like that!  So where were you 3 years ago?  What was happening in your life 3 years ago?  I've been married for 10 years now so my life is pretty much routine.  I don't have to worry about girls liking me anymore.  If I eat my garlic loaded Italian cuisine and my wife still kisses me, life is OK!

If you are not going to be militarized with a huge, fat warchest, now would be a REALLY unwise time to come out of peace mode. We're expecting all-out war in the next 2-3 days.

Second, no, you cannot send 100 tech without a rather complex and inefficient transaction involving middlemen etc. Sign up for the tech farm if you want. The max aid is 50 tech, and then you must wait 10 days before sending another 50, and then 10 more before you receive your money, if you are doing it in that order. Which noone really does.

Also, buying 100 tech at a time is a PHENOMENALLY bad idea if you are trading tech. Buy 50, sell it, buy another 50, sell that. You make almost no profit buying chunks of 100 and selling them off. A small nation trading tech could justify 65 now for the sake of tier 2 aircraft, if they are militarized.

I reluctantly agree with you.  Without this threat of war, I am in good shape; the threat makes a big difference, but now I am sitting on 100 tech without which my war chest would be in great shape!  Having said that, let me know when the threat is over if you are still interested; I expect to still be holding it since I cannot send aid while in peace mode.  Thanks for the consideration and the logic.
