In-N-Out Burger does to their managers. There's a base bonus range per level (for example, my level management was $200-$250, next was $400-$550, blah blah) that can range anywhere between 80% and 125%  of that number depending on the store's performance. Before I was demoted for something stupid I said, I was at the top range for my level of management.

If I was still a manager, I would have given you a bonus worth. lulz. Each of my bonuses were around $300 13 times a year. <_<

I tried using those options. D3 still tonics like mad. Considering I have a GTX680, that shit shouldn't happen. It looks like, even though I changed the settings, it's still defaulting to the integrated.

Dude!  How do you have a GTX680 in a laptop?  I have one in my tower, and I swear it is bigger than a laptop...  It rivals my dick for length and girdth.

I tell you, the problem is in the BIOS.  You have to disable the onboard.  I am sure it can be done via UEFI, but at worst case, you should be able to via Control Properties/System

And I'm telling you it's literally impossible.

my laptop does the same thing. Open up the intel control panel, somewhere in there is when to use on-board vs discrete. Set it how you want. I couldn't turn my off entirely no matter how far i looked, it always used it for desktop applications and the desktop.

That's the best I can do, but for some reason, it seems like the onboard keeps trying to prove it's better than it is.

It means about as much as a festering ball of dog snot. If you take their combined intelligence and multiply it by 50, you might just be able to tie your shoe, if you don't drool all over yourself first.

Oh I did. Still not quite running like a champ, but I'll figure out a way around the stupid video card switching. There is no BIOS option. Believe me -- I checked first thing when I realized it was running onboard. There's a "new" technology that forces a switch between onboard and actual to preserve battery life.

Hard to build a laptop. Not impossible, but hard. That's why I opted to buy it instead of build it myself.

Aren't there websites that do all of that for you?

You would think they just don't include a bunch of shit with them. Oh well. I have it mostly fixed.

Also, what the heck? It dynamically switches between the onboard video and the graphics card I have installed on it. Stupid.

I take no offense to that. I've been shot down by pretty much every woman the last four years except by girls that look like cows.
