Greetings RIA from PLUS! My name is Lord Tavis, and I am the Premier of PLUS. I am an unofficial ambassador to RIA for now until an official ambassador can be found. I'm not sure what your alliance policies are on tech raiding/attacking alligned nations, but this sort of attack is unacceptable to PLUS. I hope that something can be done about this unprovoked attacked to get it to stop, and have peace be offered and reps paid. Thank you for your time.
