I NEED A UPDATED STEAM COPY!!!

can someone plz copy all their files in the steam folder except for steam apps and upload it so i can download it, because my steam cant update for some reason. if someone does that for me and if it works when i try it i will give them.... 1 million CN dollars *doctor evil music*
