I am Plastarche of Troy, requesting a mask for the embassy of Troy.  It is my honor to serve as the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Troy.  

I also ask that I be allowed to join in your tech dealing forum, when it is ready.  DrunkWino has informed me that it is closed for maintenance.

Thanks to all of RIA for your support.  I applaud your leaders for all they have done for me and my alliance.  Truly, they have taken steps beyond the minimum to assist Troy and have shown that they take their commitments to heart.  

Troy shall not forget these acts of kindness and honor.
