Update this one post as parts of the ConstRItution are replaced.

Removed 2/11/07 from Article III

Section 3 – Staff

Once the RIA has reached a membership count of one hundred, the Ambassador may appoint a Staff of five members. It will be the job of the Staff to deal with maintaining relations, especially with the minor alliances, burritos the Ambassador free to deal with the superpowers or anything unusual.
