so my stupid LL decided to send the reinforcements he gave me on some quest while I was busy today, and as a result the enemy siege camp won its final assault. I didn't really lose that much honor in the scheme of things... about 600. but still I could have Gained 2 to 3k. so my LL = asshat. guess I better step up pikemen production.

How is that guy so damn fast(scroll across and see)? He's like 10 times as fast as me and I have max horsemanship. I was going for a resource stash and he came out of nowhere and got it first. The annoying thing was it wasn't even in his honour circle(unless you can somehow make that bigger).

the military tech lets you build the unit; but you will also need the industry techs to produce the pikes (poleturning, needs wood) and armor (armour working, needs iron) and once you research the industry techs you will have to build the weapon/armor production buildings as close to your stockpile as possible.
