Well, it depends only on whether or not you want to buy a donation or not, not for whom.

I'm giving you $9m.  In return for you're donation I'll get 200 infra 20 tech and 400k.  That costs me way more than $9m.  For the same $9m, you could get way more.  So it's a good deal all around if you're willing to pay the $20.

i paid 12 million for mine on the cn forums this morning. deal went smoothly, and he agreed for me to pay him 3 million every 10 days until hes fully paid (yay no middlemen!).

seeing that the infra alone would cost me over $25 million, $12 million is a great deal.
